Con la imagen y los colores de tu congreso: cada participante tiene un área propia donde envía trabajos, se inscribe, paga y descarga los documentos. Se instala en el móvil sin tiendas y su credencial se ve aun sin cobertura.
Registration and card payments
Tarifas por categoría y plazo, justificantes de tarifa reducida, extras de pago (cena, acompañante), códigos de descuento y pago en línea. El plazo para pagar se vigila solo: si vence, la inscripción se pausa o pasa a la cuota vigente.

Frequently asked questions
Is the price per year or per congress?
Per congress and edition: you pay once for that congress, with no monthly fees. For the next edition the whole setup is copied and you are up and running in minutes.
What if more attendees come than expected?
Nothing that stops your congress: the platform keeps working. If you go beyond the tier you booked, the difference with the next tier is adjusted.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. They can be switched on at any time and are paid from then on. Start with what you need now.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything works in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. Your attendees do not install anything either.
I already use ConfTool or another tool. Can I bring my data?
Yes. We import people, papers and reviews from ConfTool and from spreadsheets; we do it ourselves during set-up.
Is it in English?
Yes: the portal and the dashboard are in Spanish and English, and everyone chooses the language.
How do I collect registration fees?
By card online from day one. If your organisation has its own payment gateway or POS, payments can go straight to your account with the own-gateway module.
And invoices to universities and public bodies?
With the invoicing module, invoices are generated with the details each organisation requires and submitted to FACe from the platform itself.
